    Castlegate Apartments

    Over thirty years ago, we sold our house and decided to try apartment living for a year or two. Castlegate was a new building at the time and we moved in. After a few months, we decided that we were very pleased with our decision, paying one check every month and not having to worry about mortgage, heating, hydro, taxes etc......Now we are still in the same building which has a very good record of obliging supers, cleaners and maintenance staff along with a property management that takes pride in their investment with superb upkeep of the property.

    We are pleased to recommend Castlegate Apartments any time we are asked.

    The Humberwood

    I’ve been living in 2 Armel Court for the last 15 years. I first moved in with my wife and children into a very nice and large three bedroom apartment. Once my children became adults we transferred into a two bedroom unit.

    Later on, one of my sons got married and he rented a two bedroom unit here with his new wife. She liked the building so much that she brought her parents to live here and they rented a 3 bedroom unit, finally her parents brought some relatives and friends and now they live here at Armel too. All tolled, the family now occupies 6 apartments at Armel.

    The building is beautiful, clean and very well maintained; the Supers live on-site and are basically available 24 hours. Our requests for maintenance repairs are therefore always dealt with efficiently. This is a good place to live.

    My wife and I have lived in the Lakeshore Road West Myriad Property Townhouse complexes in Oakville over 6 years.  The townhomes are great; they were clean and freshly painted when we moved, have plenty of space and a great little backyard.

    The location is fantastic with less than 5 minutes to QEW,transit outside your door, the Go Train about 5 minute drive away and having the convenience of a grocery store just across the street couldn't be better. There is also plenty of great shopping all within 10 minutes to the Oakville Place Mall, Dorval Crossing or Downtown Oakville.

    We also like having Stan, our superintendant manager who lives on site who actually cares about the state of the property and the people who live here.

    We have been happy here, so much so, we recommended it to a friend who liked it so much after she moved in she recommended it to another friend who moved in as well.

    Having lived in the townhouse complex for a little over 43 years, we have noticed a lot of changes.

    We have taken great pride in our residence and tried to keep it in good shape.

    Understandably over 43 years, there are certain things that were in need of repair and we are pleased to state taht we got a lot of co-operation from Stan and management.

    We had a new countertop, sink and tap and a fan over the stove in the kitchenl Also we have a new toilet, sink and floor in the upstairs bathroom and a new toilet and sink in the powder room downstairs.

    We were also pleased to get a new furnace and central air as well as all new windows.

    We really enjoy the space we have here and it is so nice to have a friend in our back yard.
