Service Policy

At Myriad's communities we offer top quality finishes, top-notch services and quick response to repairs, if and when necessary. This has always been our promise, and now with our 48 hour Maintenance Guarantee, we've gone one step further.

We recognize that problems do occasionally arise that require maintenance. Our goal is to minimize the disruption by guaranteeing a timely repair.

Our 48 Hour Maintenance Guarantee covers all routine requests received Monday through Friday [some restrictions will apply].

The following are examples of routine requests: kitchen appliance repair, heating repairs, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, door lock repairs.

Maintenance Requests can be made online or by completing a Maintenance Request Form and returning it to the Myriad site office or Superintendent.
